Saving Talent to a temporary project before they are added to a client Project

There may be cases in which the Hiring Partner asks you to source Talent but not automatically contact them. This gives Hiring Partners the ability to review candidates before outreach or contact the candidate via alternative channels.
From the Projects page, create a New project

Click the default Project title ("New project [Date] [Time]") and rename it using the following syntax
Sourcing project name - Sourcer name - Leads for review


Because this Project is not associated with any Hubspot client projects, adding Talents to this project will not enroll them into a communication campaign. You may add them to the Hubspot linked Project at a later date using the Quick add feature
