Add key information candidates will look for on your job descriptions like your mission, your values, and what you do. Then spice it up with your logo and a branded banner image. Fill this out once and this content will automatically be reflected on all of the job descriptions you create with WhoCo.

Pro tip: While you're building your WhoCo profile, be sure your employer brand is established and consistent across the internet. Update your company profiles on sites candidates will likely review like LinkedIn and Crunchbase.

Add WhoCo to your careers page
WhoCo helps you hire smarter while also giving you an easy platform for candidates to apply to your open roles. Candidates will often look for a company careers page to find open roles and learn more about the company.

If you have a careers page already, embed your WhoCo job board in your site. Embedding the WhoCo job board on your organization's careers page makes it feel like part of the overall organization's career page. This integration helps keep your job board up-to-date. All roles you have open on WhoCo will be reflected automatically on your careers page. Additionally, web developers can change the appearance of the job board easily using CSS. Learn more.

If you don’t have a careers page yet, that’s all good! We host a job board for you. From your left-side menu of your dashboard, click your company name, then select Jobs page. That page is your dedicated job board. Link it to your organizations website to give candidates direct access to all your open roles. Learn more

That’s it! You’re in good shape and ready to start hiring. Next up: create your first data-driven job post.
