After publishing a new role, you can set up an interview plan. Your interview plan is the foundation for a consistent, smooth, and unbiased hiring process with candidates. There, you’ll determine interview events, set interview skills and questions, and pick interviewers.

To set up an interview plan:
Go to the role’s dashboard page and select Interview plan
After you set up all of the Interview Events, you can finalize the plan and begin scheduling candidates.
