How do I find more talent?
It’s possible that your search results don’t yield as many candidates as you expected. First, confirm that your filters aren’t limiting your results.
Our initial search scans our existing database of candidates first. If you need more candidates, you can query beyond this pool by clicking the “Load more” button that is at the bottom of the returned list.
If there is talent beyond the graph that fits into the search parameters, it will return 10 at a time.
