How to find out of a Talent has been contacted

When sourcing, it helps to know if and how we’ve engaged with a candidate in the past. We attempt to give context to a given candidate’s relationship with WhoCo in a couple different places.

We show you which Project they have been Added to and the status of their correspondance (eg, "Reached out, Out, New lead")
You can find this by hovering over the Project flag in the Talent list OR at the top of the Talent card
General tip: Your first tell on whether a Talent has been contacted is whether they've been added to a Client Project.

You can get more details of the correspondence in Project History at the bottom of the Talent card and clicking “View all history.”
